Tai Qi principles provide basic body mechanics on how to lift things and move your body in ways that minimize impact.

Chinese Medicine (CM) says our mental, emotional, spiritual outlook on life is the most influential aspect of our health.

  • Our choices, lifestyle and dietary habits greatly influence our mental, emotional, spiritual as well physical balance.
  • In our practice we provide uncensored information on diet & exercise as well as some education on the mental, emotional, spiritual aspects of your pattern diagnosis.
  • As a married couple, we offer the choice of a female or male practitioner for the comfort of our clients.
  • As general practitioners, we offer treatment for all maladies of the human condition.
  • We have certification in a unique Chinese Medical therapy called Scalp Acupuncture as taught by Dr. Zhu which is excellent therapy for ANY pain with only a few needles in the scalp.
For more on Scalp Acupuncture please visit Dr. Zhu’s website.

Much of Chinese Medicine is based on prevention and maintenance. Our education is based on CM and non-corporate, uncensored western alternative medicine and dietetics.

Over the years we have developed dietetics handouts for our clients.

These are now available to the public for a small fee.

We charge for this information because we have spent considerable time and effort in our education developing our understanding of medicine and nutrition so that we can provide uncensored, honest information with sources included for your further study.
Our 4-page Chinese Medical Dietetics Guide covers details of the basic information required to help guide decisions that will help you and your family’s eating habits improve.
This is a detailed, “bare bones” guide based on a master’s education in Chinese Medicine and over 30 years of ongoing personal research in non-corporate, uncensored, Modern Nutrition with a focus on the truth, as best as we can ascertain, about Paleolithic diets.
PALEO DIET: We feel that human evolution peaked during paleolithic times and our digestive evolution is based on eating thousands of different kinds of wildcrafted, cooked foods with the staples being stable, common vegetation with a focus on vegetable and animal fats. Of course diets in extreme climates like the arctic are not vegetable based but that is rare amoung normal, “wild” humans.
We also provide many additional handouts on various issues of Dietetics that we have compiled over the years.  Our entire repertoire is available for an additional fee.  Our sources are based on Chinese Medicine and non-corporate Modern Nutrition.
Our handouts are continuously updated to the best of our ability, as the knowledge base grows and evolves and any changes will be forwarded to you as they come up.

For $4.00 USD you can have our Dietetics Guide for details on healthy dietary choices.

For $20.00 we will send you all of our information on details and issues regarding diet.

Please send us a note via the Contacts page so we have notice of your request.

For $60.00 USD per hour we are available via phone consultation.
