Leatherback’s first day.

… manage the Winter Turtle Conservation district on our 20-mile long beach.   Winter is nesting season and spring is hatching season for the Leatherback.

They also provide many other Ecotourist activities around Todos Santos as well as trips near Cabo San Lucas and La Paz.

Winter is also Whale watching season…

NotOurPhotoHumpback and Grey Whales begin passing by in late October and grace us with their presence throughout the winter and early spring.

Local fisherman are available for up close and personal whale watching tours.

Cabo Pulmo National Marine Park

One of Mexico’s largest Coral Reefs is only a 3 hour beautiful mountain road drive from Todos Santos on the East side of Baja was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site  in 2005.

After it became a National Marine Park, due to local and national efforts it became a huge conservation success story “Giving Optimism to Coral Reefs” around the world.



El Gulfo de California…

…was one of  Jaques Cousteau’s favorite ecosystems on Earth due to the amount and variety of life here in the Gulf.

He called it, both the “world’s aquarium” and the “Galapagos of North America.”   Many in Mexico where so impressed with his efforts that they named an island after him.
